You'll be limited to doing 200 songs at a time, unfortunately. Right-click on the playlist from inside Soundiiz and select 'transfer to Apple Music'.

I don't know if this will work wihout Spotify Premium, and Apple Music has no free trial. I had both Spotify Premium and the paid version of Apple Music.
